"I recently had the experience of purchasing my first new construction home through Pruneda Interests. The townhome was in the final stages of construction when I signed the contract. I was represented by another agent and Jose was the agent for the builder.
I had always heard horror stories about the new home construction process, but Jose was great and helped everything to flow pretty smoothly! He went above and beyond his role as the selling agent. He offered tons of helpful advice including contacts for mortgage lenders. Jose was always very prompt in getting back with me if I had questions or if any issues needed to be addressed. He also communicated with me often on the progress of the construction of the home.
On moving day, Jose stopped by to check on things and “rolled up” his sleeves when he saw the movers need some extra help with a large piece of furniture that needed to go to the third floor. Now if that’s not true customer service, then I don’t know what is!!

First, I want to thank the both of you very much for everything you have done for me. I know that I tend to change my mind a lot and can be quite indecisive, but ya’ll stuck with me and showed me everything I wanted to see. Laura, besides just being my real estate agent, you were my friend and I really value your opinion and friendship. Although I was not your only client, I felt that I was. Jose, although our relationship didn’t start until a little later in this house hunt, you were and are so generous with your time and effort in making sure that I got that best house for my money. Your knowledge in construction saved me so much grief and in the long-term, money.
Laura and Jose you both went out of your way to make this exciting, yet trying time go by smoothly and easily. Ya’ll have gone way beyond what I feel that an agency or agents do when helping a client search for a home. (I mean, come on, ya’ll were in Hawaii and still keeping in touch with me.) A year ago, August, my family and I lost our Mother. Laura Salinas and Jose Pruneda with Pruneda Interests helped my family with the sale of our Mother’s house. When I first started looking for a house earlier this year in the inner-loop Houston area I saw hundreds of houses and met with several realtors to help me with the buying process. However, I just was not impressed with some of the layouts or the customer service I received. Moreover, some of the houses that I found that fitted my critical needs were priced beyond my budget.
